彼のドメーヌである「ルー・デュモン」と「スタジオジブリ」のプロデューサーとして知られる鈴木敏夫氏のコラボで誕生したのが、この「天地人　紅の豚」です。
ラベルの「天地人」「紅の豚」の文字は、鈴木氏の描き下ろし。
使用されたのは愛用の熊野筆です。
そして、右下のトトロを模した様なキャラクターの印は、宮崎駿監督デザインによるもの！愛らしい印象的なラベルとなっています。
この「紅の豚」は、ラングドック産のメルロー、シラー、カベルネ・フラン、グルナッシュをブレンドしていて、気軽に楽しめるジューシーなスタイルです。
仲田氏の「バランスが良く複雑な味わい」というコメント通り、各ブドウ品種の個性がバランス良く調和した親しみやすい味わいです。
トマトソースやデミグラスソース、酢豚などの中華、出汁を効かせた甘辛煮など幅広い食事に寄り添ってくれる万能な1本。
