Shopping from integrated shop

First and foremost, right at the top of our home page you'll find our famous search bar. Here you can hunt for any one of the vast number of products currently available on the markets we have access to. You'll also notice that we've included the search bar on the header at the top of all our pages for your convenience.

You can select a specific marketplace to search on. Enter your query in your language or in Japanese - our search bar is fluent in both languages.

Of course, we don't just connect you with the big three online marketplaces listed above - we help you to buy on all the other Japanese sites as well. But these three are distinguished by the fact that you can access their product pages directly from Neokyo, making navigation easier.

On each product page, you'll be able to :

Order immediately by clicking on the 'Create a Buy Request' button
Determine your costs by estimating the final price of your purchase with shipping and service fees included
Consult the original sale page by clicking on the link provided

The right column is dedicated to item ordering

Tip : you are able to search for a term without it being translated in order to differentiate proper names from common names. For example, if you search for 'Rainbow', the first search will translate the term into Japanese by default, but you will also have the option to search this term without translating in order to find albums of the group of the same name.

After your purchase request has been validated, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
Once the confirmation is sent, your request will be sent to our service for validation.

It will then be possible to monitor the progress of your acquisition from the store you purchased via your account page.
