Customers whose total winning bid amount on JDirectItems Auction reaches ¥10,000 or more between October 11, 2026 at 0:00 and October 26, 2026 at 23:59 (JST) are eligible.

The auction(s) needs to close by October 26, 2026 at 23:59 (JST) for it to be eligible for this campaign.
Bids placed between October 11, 2026 at 0:00 and October 26, 2026 at 23:59 (JST) but whose respective auction closes after this timeframe will not be eligible.
Please note that orders from JDirectItems Auction may take several hours to several days after the auction ends to be completed.
One shipping coupon will be issued to each eligible customer by October 30, 2026. Once issued, the coupon will appear on the shipping fee payment screen.
The shipping coupon is valid through November 30, 2026.
This shipping coupon can be used when paying the shipping fee and provides a 10% discount on the shipping fee, up to ¥2,000. It cannot be used when purchasing items.

This shipping coupon cannot be reissued or refunded if the shipment is cancelled or returned.

Please note that if you purchase items close to the coupon expiration date, you may not be able to pay the shipping fee before the coupon expires.

Before the shipping fee can be paid, the items must arrive at the Neokyo warehouse and packing must be completed.
