Customers who newly register between June 1 and June 30 are eligible. One shipping coupon will be issued per person on July 1.
The shipping coupon is valid from July 1 to July 31.
This shipping coupon can be used when paying the shipping fee and provides a 10% discount on the shipping fee, up to ¥1,000. It cannot be used when purchasing items.
Available for all couriers.
This shipping coupon cannot be reissued or refunded if the shipment is cancelled or returned.

Notes

Please note that if you purchase items close to the coupon expiration date, you may not be able to pay the shipping fee before the coupon expires.

Before the shipping fee can be paid, the items must arrive at the Neokyo warehouse and packing must be completed.

It generally takes approximately 10 to 15 days from placing an order to paying the shipping fee, and it may take longer depending on the item or the timing of the customer’s payment. Please use the coupon while taking this lead time into account.
