Once you've decided on the product you wish to purchase, you can proceed with the process by sending the product page URL to Neokyo.
Below, we explain how to submit a Buy Request.
(1) Access the Buy Request Form
You can access the purchase form from any Neokyo page.
First, make sure you are logged in to your account.
Once logged in, click the “Create a Buy Request” button located in the upper-left corner of the Dashboard page.
(2) Fill Out the Purchase Form
Enter a valid link to the item you wish to purchase in the Link (URL) field.Then click the “Send My Request” button to proceed to the next step.
(3) Provide Additional Information
When new fields appear in the purchase form, please fill them out as follows:
- Order Name: Enter a name for your order. This helps you easily identify it later in your dashboard.
- Quantity: Specify the quantity you would like to purchase. We will contact you if the requested quantity cannot be fulfilled.
- Price in Yen: Enter the product price (tax included, if possible). Don’t worry if it’s incorrect — our team will verify and adjust it during the review process.
Item Options: Provide any additional required details requested by the shop (e.g., size, color, etc.).
(4) Submit the Request
Finally, click the “Send My Request” button to complete your purchase request.
Congratulations — you’ve successfully submitted your first Buy Request!
