GUIDE TO FORBIDDEN ITEMS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST)

The following items are strictly forbidden to be shipped by Neokyo and will be disposed of if purchased.

*An unpack request can also be required if any restricted items are found in your package before shipment.

The following items are unable to be shipped to Mexico, Spain, and Belgium:

Food product (Chocolate, Dry snacks, Tea, Coffee, Food supplements, etc.

The following items are unable to be shipped to Mexico, Spain:

Cosmetic products (Eyeliners, Powder, Lip stick, Skin care cream, soap, shampoo, etc.

The following items are unable to be shipped to Iraq:

Electronic products (Cameras, Video game consoles, Smartphones, etc.)

The following items are unable to be shipped to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia

Pornographic material / adult content including books, movies, video games, figurines, etc.

The following items are forbidden by Fedex:

Items that appear to be guns such as Video game controllers, Children’s toys, Airsoft guns, etc.

Knives including those used for camping or survival

The following items are forbidden by Japan Post

Speakers (Wired, Portable, Novelty, Sound bars, etc.)

Precious metals such as jewelry containing (Gold, Silver, Diamonds, Ivory, etc.)

Wireless earphones

Fountain pens and ink

Airsoft guns (gas powered), model guns, replicas

Shipping parcels with two or more batteries. Lithium batteries are not allowed to be shipped to the following countries. *

Clothing and bags made from exotic wild animal leathers and furs such as snake, rabbit, turtle, etc.
