If you’re deciding whether to chase those cards in packs or buy them as singles, three numbers settle it: what each card is worth right now, how often it shows up in packs, and what the Japanese version costs. This guide lists every secret rare with its current market price, sets out the pull rates by rarity, and puts nine cards side by side against their Japanese counterparts, then explains what importing adds on top of the card price.

What Are the Chase Cards in Perfect Order?

Perfect Order runs from card 001 to card 124. Below them the curve drops sharply: Mega Clefable ex 119/088 sits at $50.62, less than half the price of the second-place card.

These figures are aggregated market prices that refresh daily, so an individual sale can land well above or below them. Different price trackers also disagree by a few percent on the same card. That’s worth remembering when you compare tables later in this article.

Perfect Order Chase Cards Under $10

Twenty-six of the 36 secret rares trade under $10, and the cheapest go for about $1. If you’re starting a collection rather than chasing the top of the list, Dedenne 093/088 and Rowlet 090/088 (Illustration Rares) and Mega Starmie ex 102/088 and Mega Clefable ex 103/088 (Ultra Rares) get great art into your binder for about $5 each. Probopass 096/088 is the cheapest secret rare in the set at $1.01.

One thing to flag before you read the Japanese comparison further down: at this price level, importing doesn’t pay. A card under $10 can’t save you more than $10, and fees and postage on even a single-card parcel from Japan add up to more than that. For cards under $10, buying the English single is the better call.

How Much Grading Adds to Perfect Order Cards

A PSA 10 copy sells for roughly 3.1 to 5.3 times the raw card, and grading costs $59.99 per card at the cheapest tier currently available. The table below covers the six Special Illustration Rares and the Mega Hyper Rare.

Card

Number

Multiple

Mega Zygarde ex

124/088

4.7x

Meowth ex

121/088

3.1x

Rosa’s Encouragement

123/088

4.7x

Mega Zygarde ex

120/088

3.7x

Mega Starmie ex

118/088

4.3x

Mega Clefable ex

119/088

3.1x

Jacinthe

122/088

5.3x

Multiples are PSA 10 prices divided by raw prices, calculated from rarecards.nl figures based on Collectr data as of August 4, 2026.

PSA charges $59.99 per card on its Standard service, with a declared value cap of $1,000 and an estimated turnaround of 90 to 100 business days. Cheaper tiers are paused as of this writing.

Run the numbers and the break-even point is low. At a 3.1x multiple, a PSA 10 pays back the $59.99 fee once the raw card is worth about $29; at 5.3x, that drops to about $14. Based on the prices listed earlier, every card in the table clears that bar on paper.

The catch is the “10.” A submitted card is not guaranteed to come back as a PSA 10, and a PSA 9 or 8 sells for a fraction of what a 10 does. The multiples only apply if the grade lands.

Further reading: How to Grade Pokémon Cards

How Perfect Order Prices Have Moved Over the Past Three Months

The three most valuable cards in the set are all trading near the bottom of their three-month range. Three questions to answer:

How often each rarity shows up

How box prices compare with single prices

Why these figures are estimates rather than published odds

Pull Rates for Each Rarity

A Special Illustration Rare appears roughly once every 83 packs, and a Mega Hyper Rare roughly once every 956. The table below sets each rarity against the number of cards it contains.

Rarity

Cards in this rarity

Pull rate (per pack)

Double Rare

—

1 in 5

Illustration Rare

11

1 in 9

Ultra Rare

18

1 in 12

Special Illustration Rare

6

1 in 83

Mega Hyper Rare

1

1 in 956

Compiled by TCG Watchtower from TCGplayer Authentication Center data covering more than 3,500 packs.

The jump between the top two tiers is steeper than anywhere else in the table. Moving from Special Illustration Rare to Mega Hyper Rare makes the odds more than 10 times longer. Every figure above is per pack, not per box.

Booster Boxes vs. Single Cards

Opening packs to land a specific tier costs several times more than buying the single outright. An English booster box holds 36 packs, and each pack contains 10 cards plus one Basic Energy and one Pokémon TCG Live code card. Boxes trade at $176.83.

At 1 in 83 packs, a Special Illustration Rare works out to about 2.3 boxes, or roughly $407 in sealed product. That matches the rule of thumb quoted alongside the pull-rate data, which puts a Special Illustration Rare at one every two to three boxes. Singles in the same tier run from $22.12 to $104.29.

The Mega Hyper Rare is even further out of reach. At 1 in 956 packs it works out to about 26.6 boxes, or roughly $4,700, against a single price of $110.64.

One caveat on the arithmetic: this compares box cost against one target tier and ignores everything else in the box. Opening 36 packs also produces Double Rares, Illustration Rares and playable staples, and those have value of their own.

Why These Pull Rates Are Estimates

The Pokémon Company doesn’t publish pull rates. We checked pokemon.com, tcg.pokemon.com and the Japanese official site on September 22, 2026, and found no published odds for this set.

What’s out there instead is third-party opening data. The figures above come from a single source covering more than 3,500 packs, with no collection period stated.

Sample size matters most at the top of the table. At 1 in 956, a run of 3,500 packs yields fewer than four Mega Hyper Rare pulls, so that figure carries far more uncertainty than the Illustration Rare or Ultra Rare rows. Japanese data has the same problem: card shops and hobby sites in Japan publish their own opening surveys for the Japanese release, and their figures don’t agree with each other.

Why Are Perfect Order Cards So Cheap?

Perfect Order’s ceiling is low by the standards of its own series. The English release followed about two months later, on March 27, 2026.

The Pokémon Company doesn’t publish a mapping between English and Japanese sets, so the link here rests on matching individual cards rather than on an official statement. English-language sites translate the name as either Nihil Zero or Nullifying Zero, but the official Japanese name is ムニキスゼロ, and searching Japanese shops with that name and the set code M3 is what returns results.

Card numbers don’t carry over between the two releases. Three things to sort out:

Where the cards and sealed product are sold

What a proxy service does on your behalf

What importing adds to the price

Where Japanese Singles and Sealed Products Are Sold

Japanese card shops sell M3 cards one at a time through their own online stores, which is how the prices in the comparison above were sourced. Most of these shops mainly serve customers in Japan and may not accept international shipping addresses or foreign credit cards.

Sealed product moves through the same channels. A Japanese box holds 30 packs of five cards and lists at ¥9,980, about $63. An English box holds 36 packs of 10 cards plus one Basic Energy and one code card, and trades at $176.83.

Per card that works out to about 42 cents for the Japanese box against about 49 cents for the English one, so the sealed gap is far narrower than the singles gap. Two caveats apply here. First, the Japanese listing only says that five cards are inserted at random, without separating out energy or code cards, so the two counts may not be defined the same way. Second, pull rates may differ between the two releases.

Further reading: How to Buy Japanese Terastal Festival: Cards, Prices & Proxy Shipping

What a Proxy Service Handles for Overseas Buyers

A proxy service receives your order at a Japanese address and forwards it to you overseas, which removes the domestic-only barrier. It can also consolidate items bought from several shops into one outbound parcel rather than shipping each separately.

Neokyo automatically translates your English search into Japanese and runs it across Japanese marketplaces. Searching by the Japanese set name ムニキスゼロ along with the card name is what brings up the listings.

What Importing Adds to the Price

Buying from Japan costs more than the card price alone. On top of that, you pay a per-item service fee, a packing fee and international shipping. Shipping depends on the parcel’s weight, size and destination, so it varies with where you live. Neokyo’s fee page lists the fees, and the shipping calculator quotes the postage for your country.

How much of the gap those costs eat up depends on how many cards you buy at once. Shipping is charged per parcel no matter how small your order is, so a single card carries the whole cost on its own. On cards with a small price gap, that wipes out the savings. Cards with the widest gaps, and orders that bundle several cards together, can still come out ahead.

Import duty and taxes depend on the destination country and aren’t included in any of the prices in this guide. Check what applies where you live before you order, and run a specific order through the calculator to see your own total.

Browse Japanese Pokémon TCG cards on Neokyo

Which Perfect Order Chase Cards Are Worth Buying

The right card depends on what you want out of the set. Either way, singles give you a predictable cost; packs don’t. A Special Illustration Rare averages out to roughly $407 of sealed product against $22.12 to $104.29 for the card on its own.

If you’re buying several cards for a collection, the Japanese versions are worth pricing out.
